KimmyV and I went to the Englischer Garten today and I’ll say never seen surfing in a freshwater river before, so cool. The Eisbach is a small, two kilometer long, manmade river in Munich. It flows through the park known as the Englischer Garten, and is a side arm of the Isar River. A manmade wave has been created on one section.It was great to see everyone enjoying the waves and they took turns with no drama.Very talented surfers, I so wanted a shot……
